Choose Your Own Adventure. Jack Morton’s AI Fest.

Challenge

Our December 2023 global AI employee survey revealed that 49% of employees didn’t have plans for expanding the use of AI in designing or delivering experiences for clients. We needed to get ahead of the pervasive impact that GenAI was guaranteed to have across agency job roles and everyday tasks.

Insight

If you’re not learning, you’re not growing.
We discovered our employees wanted to learn more about AI, but diving in seemed daunting. They weren’t sure where to start and had no idea how to fit it into their already busy schedules. We needed to change that

Idea

Introducing AI Fest: Choose Your Own Adventure—a digital festival that demystified AI and encouraged peer-to-peer learning through the power of play. For 10 days, we engaged our global employees from every discipline for a virtual learning and collaboration event focused exclusively on GenAI and its Impact on the work we do designing and delivering experiences.
