Marketing a marketing agency
As Lead Designer on the Corporate Marketing team at Jack Morton, I shape how the agency shows up in the world. For a premium marketing agency partnering with global brands like General Motors, Google, Meta, and Jim Beam, I ensure our culture, craft, and business impact are communicated with clarity and creativity.
I storyboard and produce agency sizzle reels showcasing our most compelling work. I lead the art direction and design of our social channels, building a cohesive visual identity aligned with our brand vision. I assist in the UX/UI design for our website to ensure a seamless, engaging, and up-to-date experience. In close partnership with the C-suite and New Business teams, I also develop pitch decks that keep our agency fresh, compelling, and unmistakably “Jack.”

In order to market Jack Morton authentically, we focus on 4 key pillars that communicate what differientes Jack Morton from other places of work. Those key areas are: Work, People/Culture, Insights (Thought Leadership & Press), and Awards.
I carefully mix and curate our feed to ensure we consistently hit on all 4 pillars and guarantee that our designs are within our brand guidelines. I design both static graphics and video content ranging from short reels to 1-2 minute sizzles reels.

Partnering closely with C-Suite members, I storyboard our agency sizzle reels to make sure we are showcasing our best work and showing up as authentically, Jack. I assist with any graphic design needs and provide direction on the layout of any information. With After Effects, I also often help out with assembling the video, providing both design and animation direction.

With the Chief Creative Officer, I developed a bold new design for our agency’s Pitch Deck to new clients. The design uses unique shapes derived from the words “JACK” and heroes the people that experience our activations. The deck is used globally to assist in winning multimillion dollar pieces of business.
